So I'm thinking, since we've had more garage renovations going on here at DDS than at DIY network.....Why don't we do a Friday afternoon to Sunday night ride to South Georgia. You know..just a little weekend ride.
Maybe Toolguy1 and Wingam00 could join in.

Anyone up for something like this? August 20/21 anyone?

Maybe we could hit a state park with cabins and start an annual event.. I have a vision.

Hey, Tool or Wing....you got any suggestions?

Bert

Current Possible riders for Aug 20/21
1. Bert Confirmed
2. Swampy  Confirmed
3. Big Doug DurrenceConfirmed
4. Andy's in  Confirmed

5. Wing's gonna ride Confirmed
6. Driver too Confirmed

7.Chad???????

Bert,

A run up the Ga coast would be fun, several State Parks and great scenery over on that side. Just an idea, (I don't have many). Hahaha

I've got some guys over in Savannah that would show us around on a Coastal Tour...

Or we could go down and tour the Glades...

Or run the Gulf coast out to P-cola and loop back up around the northern part of the panhandle (cool rural roads there)

or we could do the Florida Fort Tour....

or.... we could do south GA...

All I have is my DRZ400S so that leaves me out of the long road stuff.

I was thinking Tiger and back country roads. Hey Wing, the DRZ would do that.

Isn't that what bikes are for? Doing "little rides". I should have my list whittled down by then, so like Doug says, pencil me in.

Andy's right! That's what bikes are for. Ride what ya got. That's what we all did when we were younger... hell... a weekend out riding around on scooters would still be fun!

Hummmm..... I'm getting an idea... no go away voices in my head. You're not real. No stupid idea. No go away....

You all can talk about "Ride what you Got" because you all have more than one bike to pick from. And your other ones do not have a 2 x 4 for a seat.

Oh what then heck pencil me in!
