Good Morning … from New Jersey and looking for some help/advice. Last month I had to have my left leg below the knee amputated due to a serious infection. I will have a prosthetic leg by the end of this year. After therapy I would like to get back into riding … it has been quite a few years, but is on my to do list. I was informed that with the prosthetic that I would have I would be unable to shift a motorcycle. Please advise if anyone knows of a bike manufacturer that has an automatic transmission? I would like a dual sport/purpose … 650cc. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

Regards,

You can install an electric shifter on just about any bike. Google electric motorcycle shifter or disabled motorcycle riders.
