Anyone up for cruising around Cheaha some time soon? Seems like a may have to break an arm or two to get some people on here riding! Maybe you all ride more when the weather gets better?

Wish I could but a little to far (by 1.98762536 miles) for my Drz400.

Cheaha is home for me. I ride the forestry roads mostly. I'm thinking Cherohala soon.

Sorry man,
I've had to stop computing so much and ride and spend time with the family. I'm off every other weekend and live in Pell City. Ride in and around Cheaha every time I ride. So many road, highways and trails that are top flight. I won't be available until the end of may. Feel free to give me a call at 205-753-1159. I can ride during the week some since I have rotating off days.

I think this is the bike I have been looking for! I'm looking for some good riding now! Anyone know if any good get togetheres coming up soon?

No I am not. I have ridden street bikes up there quite a bit, but only been offroad once on the Vstrom. I keep hearing everyone talk about it, so I'm just going to have to spend some time up there and "get lost" I suppose. My days for riding are either a Sunday or Monday so if anyone is headed up there before long let me know and I'll be happy to tag along!

Dang!  Sean (n202diver on TW200forum) and I (Buddymc everywhere) rode there on Saturday the 23rd, and we just didn't see this post before lighting out!  Was a great ride until I caught a nail in the rear tire an hour away from the trucks, and that was by pavement.  Took two hours to ride back and return with the truck.  Big Ol' fat rear doesn't much let you fix it on the fly, so that ended our day.

Sure we'll go back, and soon.  PM me and let's see if we can get to planning the next expedition.
