Dont let the miles scare you, this bike has been meticulously maintained. Everything works exactly as it should, the paint is perfect and the plastic is in excellent shape also. I have ridden this bike from Florida to Montana, Florida to the U.P. of Michigan and to Ohio at least once a year and it has always run flawlessly and has never left me stranded.

The only negative to this bike is that there is not a centerstand and one can not be mounted, so I do all my rear wheel maintenance with a swingarm stand.

WTB stock KTM seat or trade for short seat

I just bought an 01 KTM 300 EXC. PO cut the seat foam and recovered. He did an excellent job, but I'm right at 6' and my knees are bent about 90 degrees with this seat. I'm interested in buying or trading out for a seat that will fit with stock height foam.

Just like my street bike but it only has 564 miles showing!

One of our customer's has asked me to see if anyone is interested in his bike. There were only 200 of these bikes made and only 50 were shipped to the US. I have number 178, this is number 198. It's been in the owner's living room since new and he's only ridden 564 miles. We have the bike in for it's first service now and I will be glad to furnish detailed pictures and test ride report once the service is done.

It comes standard with the best of everything; brembo 4-pad brakes, Ohlins suspension front and rear, matte finish carbon fiber body with a few carbon kevlar panels, kevlar seats, OZ forged aluminum rims, etc.

The bike sold new for $17,299. The owner is asking $7,500.

I've got over 40,000 miles on mine and still lovin it!

This bike is not being sold by my employer (Barney's) and when the service is done it's going back to the owner in Lakeland. If you're interested I can take detailed pictures and put you directly in touch with the owner.

Don't know if I'd have the stones for this one. My teeth would be ground to nothing, I would have serious arm pump, and I'd be soaking wet with sweat by the time I was done. That's IF I made it to the end!

Looks like KTM may have a few bikes for demo rides Fri & Sat.
